While Paris remains a goal, there are a few other gems we must visit.
They’re called “ponts canaux” Ancient viaducts – built to carry barges across rivers.
My favourite ‘pont canal’ is at Briare. I first saw it at the DBA Rally there in 2016.
It crosses the Loire River.
