I’ve never seen anything like it. And I’ve survived a lot of storms. Last night, Jeannie and I witnessed the most spectacular light show. It went on forever. It began long before I decided to take this video – and continued long after I stopped. The world outside Aleau would change from pitch black to what would could pass for a brilliant sunny day. In an instant. Back and forth. Over and over again. It seemed it would never end. Lightning would flash from cloud to cloud with nary a clap of thunder. It was mesmerizing. I’m not sure how it will look on video – a pale comparison to what it was like in person. The video runs almost six minutes – a fraction of how long this light show lasted.
